Online Trouble

I was having difficulty using the VFS site; I was able to add one person and save the person's data; but when I started to add another family member to the site, it kicked me out with a 'server error' - some kind of asp.net error.

Should I add the two family members separately (it allowed me to)? If so, can I request appointment at the same time? I was afraid to click 'confirm appointment'.

Does anyone have the same experience?

Once you clicked confirm appointment, you cannot add another person for same number.
