Respected Sir/Madam,
I am planning to sponsor visitor visa for my brother and parents. My brother is 42 years old and is married and working in a national bank in India. My Sister-In-Law recently went to UK on a work permit to work there temporarily. My brother visited UK recently on dependent work permit for 3 weeks and returned back to India. My parents visited US 16 years back and their visa expired. My parents are 75+ years old and will not be able to travel alone. So I would like to sponsor visa for my parents and brother so they can visit us in US. On the way back my brother will stop in UK and then return to India.
Can I submit single family application for all three of them or do you recommend submitting separate applications - one for my brother and other for my parents?
Do you see any risk with my brothers application? He will be getting NOC from his employer.
Can I mention that I will take care of all expenses or do they have to show self funding?
Also My SIL has B1/B2 visa to US through her employer that was issued around 8 years back. Can she join us from UK on B1/B2 visa for about 3 weeks so we can have family re-union? Can B1/B2 be used for visiting purpose? Does she need any other documentation to travel?
