Parents wants to visit USA while my H1B amendment is on process
I am in USA in H1B extension. Recently I had to relocate within USA and as a reason my H1B amendment is on process on my current company.
Also from some other company my H1B transfer is going on at the same time.
now My parents wanted to visit US now. Will that be a problem for them to get a tourist visa if I sponsor them.
Please help me to know asap. It would be really grateful.
