Unable to book an appointment for B2 visa - Duplicate profile error message
Dear All,
Hi. I have completed my form DS-160 and signed up to schedule an interview and document submission for me. However, when I went to fill in my details, it asked for my application ID. I had not noted it down and neither did I receive an email (as I was supposed to). I read how to retrieve an application but could not retrieve it.
I filled in a new application form (DS-160) for myself. This time I noted down my application number but when I again went to schedule an appointment and reached the page to update my passport and personal details (entering my new application ID), it gave me an error message that my details already exist in the database and as a result of which I cannot submit my current details. I have tried everything but nothing is working out. I need to submit my details and book an appointment ASAP. Can someone please help me out with this?? What do I do in this case??
