Hi,
I am in USA on H1 visa and my wife is in USA on H4 visa. Currently we are in India on a vacation. I'll return back on
28th July 2015 while my wife will come back on 30th August 2015.
I am applying visitors visa for my parents. I filled out
DS 160 and scheduled an OFC appointment for them on 29th July 2015 followed by visa interview on 03rd August 2015 assuming
their visas will be stamped by the end of August so that my parents and my wife can travel back together on 30th August
2015. Somehow my mom got a deep cut in her forefinger on 13th July 2015. Doctor said the scar will be there for longer
than 5-6 weeks. Will that affect fingerprinting?
If Yes, then, should I cancel their OFC and interview altogether and make a new appointment when the scar heals or should
I reschedule their appointment and take the date now assuming the scar will heal in 5-6 weeks? how many times can i
reschedule?
