My friend has an interview in a few days, and is wondering whether or not it is a problem to do the interview in Russian, as it would be much easier for her. Her English is decent, but she is not fast at understanding what is being said sometimes. Does it make a difference in the final decision if the interview is conducted in Russian over English? Is it a negative against her? A timely answer would be much obliged, thank you.
