I-130/I-485 filing

I am a naturalized US Cit, im currently working on my mother's petition gain her status, she entered the US as B1/B2 visa , can anyone inform me if I can file I-130 and I-485 together?

Absolutely YES. Visas for IR (immediate relatives) of US citizens are always available. Check the USCIS page "Family of U.S. Citizens", available at
