Self-sponsor option for in-laws - Can it be changed ( Got Interview Date) ?

Hi All,

I wanted to sponsor my mother -in-law and by mistake picked 'self -sponsor' option while filling her DS 160
Even went ahead and paid the fee and got interview date

After talking to my freinds, looks like self-sponsor option is not good

Please advise what should I do now ?
