Hello. I don't know where to post this. Admins, please help. If a foreigner comes to the US for a surgery, is there any financial assistance available?

Not for visitors. There IS Medicare - but only applies to citizens and LPRs.

The only "free" (so to speak) medical assistance you can expect is if you were in a life or death situation - ie, you travel to the US as a tourist and run over by a car. EMTs will take you to the hospital, the hospital will do the absolutely minimum necessary for you not to die. And you'll have to pay for it all - ie, you'll have to provide a credit card/other form of payment.
