Mistake while filling up details on DS 156 at VFS Site

Hi,
While filling up the details in DS 156 for my mother, by mistake i have selected the Nationality of my mother as Kazakhstan instead of India. And now since the form is submitted, I am not able to edit that field as it's uneditable.

Does anybody has faced the similar situation earlier and what action they have taken on this mistake and what was the result of it.

Any help will be highly appreciated as ever.

The only thing you can do now is to take a new printout (back to back on same sheet) of the same form and manually fill it with correct info. Let the officer know abt this as well.
