  • I-134 question.

    Hello,
My parents visa got rejected last week. My mother in law has an appt this month end . What should I write 'Did you sponsor visa earlier ?' section in I-134.
They did not take any document from my parents . Would it be ok if we say 'None' in that column ?
    Thanks.

        Hi,
I'm in similar doubt while filing I-134 for my sisters.
I want to send for both but at different time as they will appear seperately with their husband respectively.
so, should I mention if I have previously submitted affadavits for someone else. I'm sending these I-134 in India at same time. also my parents have visitor visa and I don't remember when I send theirs documents in 2-3 yrs back.

        Thanks in advance.

Always tell the truth. Otherwise, once it is found out as wrong or mislead, it may go against your records for any future attemps.

                One more question,
for my sister and BIL, do I need to send two I-134 affadivits or just one is good by making it for my sister and adding B-I-L's name in "spouse and children section" ?

                  Hi!

Can use only one for both of them together.
