DS-160 confirmation number?

Hello, Everyone

I'm confused please help O.o

I have a problem on step 5 where i put my Passport information (https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/), its asking for a DS-160 confirmation number, how do I get it without even completing any forms yet?

I attached a photo of my problem but I'm not sure if the attachment is working. :/

DS-160 Confirmation number

There should be a barcode on the application. The confirmation # is the CEAC barcode #. Therefore the number under the barcode would be your confirmation #.

I see now payment system not working

I have an account but it skips payment option and I click where is says payment but nothing happens. So i try looking up payment locations for post office but that does not load as well!

Is there any other way to make payment without having to call sydney.usconsulate.gov/ ?
