Inadmissable pax - B2 Visitor visa

Hi - My parents got B2 Visitor visa 4 months back from Chennai US consulate . when they about to board flight on July 17 they were denied boarding with message 'Inadmissable pax'.

Indian immigration officers and air line people said that from their side there is no issue with documents but they received fax from USA as inadmissable pax , so we are stopping.

I really dont know what could be the cause for this.Can some one help me whom should we contact to resolve this issue ?

I have never heard about this.

You should ask them the details of the same including the copy of that fax.
