    DS-160 form - previous employer

Regardless of the company name change, if your current employer would normally state that you have been employed with them for 11 years for any verification of employment there would be no need to list them under the previous company name as a previous employer.

hi thank you for the reply
that helps a lot. so I will go ahead and tick the no box on the previous employment page. do you think it would be good to write out my previous employment on paper to take with me to the interview

      regards

You could, but since they are not requiring it, they don't need it. I would only bring/provide what they are requesting.
