Parents just got B2 VISA, should my sister apply for B2 or is it too soon?

Hi,

My parents just got Visitor's Visa, they didn't mention any other family member traveling with them. If my sister applies for Visitor's visa is it risky? Could my parent's visas get cancelled?

My sister is:

1. Just finished college
2. Have a job since 2 months (not high paying)
3. Single
4. I will sponsor her Visa/Expenses, I am on H1B

I know her odds are not good give above criteria but would it jeopardize my parent's Visas if she applies now?

Please help/advise/suggest

As each applicant is evaluated separately, it does not matter when she applies as it has no relation with your parents' visa.
