Hi,
My wife has B1/B2 and H4 visas stamped on her passport. She is currently working in India and quitting her job soon.
Her employer wants her to extend her stay in company by 4-5 months for easy transfer of the projects.
I was wondering if she can come to US on B1/B2 and continue working fro her employer as contractor?
And at the end of period change the status to H4?
