No dates available for Malayalam. Please advice what to do next ?

Hi

I was trying to take an appointment for my parents in chennai. They need a malayalam ranslator. But after filling the Forms it is showing "No Dates avilable". I called VFS chennai today and they told me keep checking..
Can anbody help me, How long should I wait to get the dates.
Can I select English and later ask for a malayalam translator ..
Any response will be appreciated..

NO. U can't change language later. Keep checking. Thats the only option. I had same issue and tried almost all the time and finally got one. check more during night and early morning hours in USA.

Can my parents submit the application directly to VFS cochin office. Then would they be able to get a date for malayalam ?
What are the documents they should carry. I had sent a copy of filled DS156 and 157 forms to them today as email. Would that be sufficient ?

Your local lauguage requested is overbooked. You may not get an appointment in Malayalam before June 06

photo (with right size) and passport is also needed. Remember, if u take appt via the center, u won't be able to edit/view it online via VFS site. Also if date is not online, then local centers will not have that also.
