risks of sponsering visiter's visa & H4 visa together

hi everyone. could anyone tell me the risks in sponsering B1/B2visa for my parents and H4 visa for my wife together....both hav appointments with in a gap of 1 month....should i need to cancell anyone of their appointments... can i sponser 2 types of visas at a time... pleaz reply
