DS 160 form - Filling Few questions

I am applying for B1/B2 DS 160 form and have sum questions:

1] In Education column do I have to mention 11 and 12th standard ? - Indian Citizen
2] Who do I know in U.S/Organization. Well I do not know anybody but application still asking for the same - What shall I write there?
3] Where I will stay in U.S? Its not decided but I cannot ignore this column, so shall I write any hotel name ? Is It okay ?
4] I am working with my dad in our small brokerage company and I do not have a designation as its family - So what shall I write as my designation in my business ??
5] Salary - shall I click "Does not apply" ? As I take money as much I want when required from my father......

1. If you have higher education than 12th standard such as college, then No. Otherwise, yes.
2, 3. Hotel name/address.
4. You have to come up with a reasonable designation depending upon the work you do.

Well it does have "Does not apply" tick box.... but as you are saying its always better to write, I will write any appropriate figure and will also say abt various shares investment.. will it do the trick ?

BTW, I take cash every month, so showing proof of monthly salary will be impossible....
