Visitor Visa - Father-in-Law unemployed, what should be primary occupation

HI All,

I am filing DS - 160 for my In-law. I am presently in H1B. My Father in law has never worked with any employer and has always did small small business and never had a tax filing paper or proper income proof(lucky, he was able to buy house too).

My doubt is I have to fill up "Primary Occupation " field, I am not sure what option i should mention there, if i say "NOT EMPLOYED" it will create problem as he has no dependency back in india? what else options are availabile for me here? please need ur guidance for the same.
