Got B2 Visa: length of stay
My Mom just got her B2 visa approved.
When she was asked on her interview as well as her DS-160 for her planned length of stay, she said 1 month.
Now I want her to stay for at least 3 months, so I'm planning to buy her a 2-way air fare for 3 months stay.
Will that be an issue with the immigration officer once she arrives in the port of entry? That she only declares 1 month during her interview and in DS160 application, then she'll be staying for 3 months?
