error correction in ds 156

Hi,
I am sponsoring for my parents tourist visa. I took a online appointment thru the vfs site. I filled the ds 156 and 157 for both mom and dad. Only after getting the appointment date i realised that i made a mistake in question 37 in ds 156. Instead of stating "Yes" against son, I did state it as "no", assuming it is only for the green card holder and citizens (I have only h1).

Now how do I correct this. I did not see any provision to correct this at VFS web site. Should I cancel my appointment and take a new one for this error, kindly guide me

Better to cancel and get a new appointment. Q37 is a critical question.

u can edit the forms online on VFS site instead of cancelling..

how do we edit the form. I don't see any provision for the same

click on apply for non immigrant visa link. Click continue on next screen. Select NO for BEP id option. U will see links to retrieve/modify forms.
