Marriage based Green Card from one who is in US
Dear All,
I am an Engineer with Nepali National currently working in Saudi Arabia. I am planning go to US Visit Visa on November-2015 and planned to get marry with my girlfriend, who is Green Card Holder of US citizenship moreover she will get citizenship this year end. And I have gone through may blogs and found that it will be considered as a visa fraud and can deported me immediately with ban for few year.
Do you think its right way for me? As going back to native country, documenting the file and applying for Green Card takes a long time.
