Dear forum readers.
2 months ago my b2 visa was denied under 214b. My plan was to travel in and around the US, including Canada and south America.
This with my American girlfriend, who i graduated with in my home country.
I really didn't prepare my b2 interview, which is a stupid and costly mistake.
Now things have turned, my girlfriend left for the US a couple of days ago for a new job. She will stay for 2 months before starting a new job in Africa. I'm currently looking for jobs there too.
What are my chances of getting a B2 to see her for a week or 2. So i can meet her family, her hometown and her friends.
I'm currently working a part time job (we really just graduated), have no mortgage or house. I have a big family, and we plan on doing a PhD (4years) in my home country after our 1 year experience in Africa.
I do love her, and i do plan on marrying her.
