Change after submission ds160

After submission my daugter went usa for taking usmle exam on visitor visa. Should i edit form as earlier in form it was mentioned that no relative in us

As long as it was accurate at the time of filling it, there is no need to change it. If asked, you can explain it at the time of interview about the new situation.
