Visitor Visa scheduling for Parents and parents-In-Laws the same day

I have a quick question, my husband wants to apply B2 visa for my parents and in-laws to visit USA and planning to schedule the interview the same day at Chennai.Are there any cases like ours,where both parents and in-laws got their Visa's approved the same day??
