My wife is holding Indian passport and B1/B2 multiple entry tourist visa to USA from 25 July 2013 to 23 July 2023. She entered USA on 03 Sept 2014 and thereafter got her stay officially extended and returned to India on 03-07-2015. When can she re-enter USA.

Visitor Visa
She can re-enter the U.S. whenever she is ready. The officer at the point of entry will stamp her I-94 with whatever dates he or she approves for the her visit. The only time there would be an issue or something said would be if there were multiple consecutive visits the officer may warn about the frequency of visits or multiple long periods of stay. That would not be the case here.
