    Visa Waiver Program - still asked for Visa appointment booking !

    I was taking a visa appointment for my Parents - it said you quality for for Visa Waiver program, but while actually taking the appointment .. it prompted me to take the consular appointment as well.

    I find it a bit strange - anyone else faced this situation ?
