Entry nonadmissible- B1/B2 visa cancellation

    Entry nonadmissible- B1/B2 visa cancellation

    During one of recent visit of my daughter on B1/B2 visa, she was not permitted to enter as she was going for observer ship but unfortunately in letter "research "was written. She has been asked to fillup the nonadmissible form which she did and signed and later deported back to india. there is no remarks on passport / visa. Does it means her B1/B2 visa is cancelled for all future trip even as tourist. If yes, what is the procedure to obtain it back.
