Visa annotation !

Hi, I have a 5 years, multiple entry visa to US (R B1/B2 ) M entries and there is an annotation "Model United Nations NYC April 1-7, 2012" which is linked to a model United Nations in US it was was in 2012 . Do you think that I will not have any problems entering in US for tourism and visiting LA ?? I have also 2 passport ordinary passport which the visa in and special passport without visa . Can I go to U.S. with my ordinary passport or I need a new visa in my other passport? My visa is valid until 2017
