Sponsoring for Visitor VISA for widow mother

Hi friends,

I got cleared for H1B petition recently. I will be travelling soon. I want to take my mother with me. I have few questions regarding the same.

1. I wanted take her along with me. Can my manager in US sponsor for her?

If not,

2. Can my brother-in-law in India sponsor her? As my Indian income is not that large.


Is there any other option to get her a visitor visa.
