How can an american mother apply for her 2 year old child a US visitor visa?

I am an American born mother and living in Tehran / Iran, i gave birth to my child two year ago in Tehran and now after two years i would like to travel with my daughter on a short trip to USA to visit families there...can I apply for a visitor visa for her?
my husband is an Iranian passport holder and he will stay in Tehran during our trip to USA.

You can apply for a visitor visa or you can file paperwork and give her dual citizenship. I am assuming by saying your an American mother your saying your a U.S. citizen.
