Hi,
Could someone just confirm the below:-
1) My Dads Passport has only Surname. So As per my understanding I would be giving only the surname and given name would be FNU while filling his DS 160
2) In my Moms passport spouses name is given as GEORGE KEERAMPARA MATHEW while the surname given in Dads paspport is KEERAMPARA MATHEW GEORGE. Which one should I give while filling Spouses and Travel companion information in Moms DS 160.
