Hello,
My father is retired from a Government job in 2011 and now earns his income through pension , some rental income and bank interests. I want to know that when I am filling my father's ds 160 form, in the section of present occupation, shall I mention business or retired??

I would list retired as he receives pension. His properties are additional income, and clearly are additional business but occupation usually refers to a job you have to earn your primary living or a profession.
