is question 22 when u intend to arrive in usa important to fill up , my mom is going to interview on march first week, but intented date of travel not decided, i would like her to get 10 yrs visa ..................., is it must to fill in question 22, if necessary to fill waht is best date to fill?

It is mandatory to fill out the intended date of travel on DS 156. But not necessarly she needs to travel on the same date mentioned on the form.

10 yr visas are issued only with the CO is convinced that ur mom is making a trip to the US for a temporary period and if it is her way of life to take holidays and she has enough money to afford a trip to the US
