h1 transfer + visitor visa dates jinx--pls help

hello!

my parents have a visa appt on feb,8.
my h1b is in the process of being transfered. i will resign from my previous company after feb,8.

will it affectt myy parents visa approval in any way?
is it advisable that i reschedule their appt?
