Marriage to a US Citizen

Hi, I am a Jamaican who went on vacation to see my fiancée and other family members on a B1/B2 visa. We decided to get married and the ceremony took place in NY state. I have since returned to Jamaica because of work and other obligations. Is it okay for her to now file an I-130 to petition for me to migrate to the US? Did getting married in the US break any immigration laws?

That's OK. Your US citizen spouse can file for your greencard.
