Separeate I-134 for child too ??!?!!?!!

I am sponsoring my sister, her husband and kid to visit me in the US and according to the info on immihelp I need to provide separate I-134's for all the applicants. My nephew is all of 2 years old and I will be mentioning him in section 3 of both my sister and her husband's I-134 so do I still need to provide a separate I-134 for him too ?

If I do then what should I put in section 3 under "names of spouse and child accompanying" ? There is no option to put parents names there ?

Hi!

You can just make one I134 in your BIL's name and add your sister and their kids name in section 3. That way only one I 134 is sufficient and you can include everyone into one.

Immihelp actually says that include a separate I-134 for each applicant. If the applicants are married then in the husband's I-134 put the wife's name as the person accompanying and in the wife's I-134 put the husband's name as the person accompanying.

I was thinking of doing that but didn't know how to handle the situation of the child ? Immihelp doesn't say anything about that ?

Also the application for each applicant goes in a separate envlope so each applicant needing a separate I-134 makes sense.

Perhaps I can put copies of the same I-134 in all the three application packages with my sister's name as the primary and her husband's and child as accompanying !

1. Sister: Put husband and child as accompanying persons.
2. Brother-in-law: Put sister and child as accompanying persons.
3. Chid: Just the child.

I donno if it is MUST to have one for each. I have done it in the past and didn't have problem both the times. However each applicant would need an application each.

No need to take chances. Each person is asked separate I-134 some times.

If you prepare 3, whether they ask for 1 or 3, does not matter.

If you prepare 1, and if they ask for 3, you are in trouble.
