Entering u.s with b1/b2 visa while married to a u.s citizen

Hi guys,

I am a u.s citizen and my husband has a B1/B2 visa. we want to visit U.S for a one month vacation and we don't have any intention of staying there longer as we both have our life and work back in Egypt so we are not applying for an immigrant visa right now.

so the question here ; will it be OK for my husband to enter U.S with a B1/B2 visa while he is married to a U.S citizen ?

if anyone had a situation like that before, please help me
