Visitor visa - urgent question reg. back-to-back trip & extension
Hi,
Can someone let me know if it's advisable to make a back-to-back trip when on visitor visa after 6 months I-94 expires, i.e. come here, stay for 6 months, go back to India and come back immediately within 3-4 days for a stay of 2 more months ? What are the risks involved and what do we need to tell as the reason for the immediate trip ? Looking at the risk of a 10-yr visa getting canceled, I don't want to go for an extension. I wud appreciate if people cud share their experiences. PLEASE HELP.
