Does anyone know who must stamp/sign the visitor’s affidavit (in addition to the visitor himself), I mean a notary/judge/lawyer/govt officer/Charted accounted.

Hi!

If it is an affidavit you can just get it notarised. Anyone who is a notray can do it for you.
However if it is financial stuff even your CA can help you with that.
