Stay in Mexico

Hello !

I transited via US during July'15 to Mexico holding an US B1/B2 Visa. My I-94 is valid upto Jan'16. What is the maximum duration that can I stay in Mexico with a valid US B1 Visa? If I stay in Mexico for more than 3 months upto less than 6 months, will I face any problems during immigration, in case if I'm travelling to US the next time?
