Got rejection for US tourist B1-B2 visa. when can I apply again ?

Hello:

I got rejected for my tourist Visa for US saying you got denial under Section 214(b) stated I do not have strong tie ups with my home country but I never given a chance to tell that we have family back here in India so we have to anyway come back. Can anyone please guide me when to reapply back ?
