Best way of staying permanently after Visitor Visa stay

Hi,

I am currently living with my fiance at my house in the UK. On November 23rd she is returning to the US, in which I am going with her for a planned 3 week stay. I will soon be applying for a K1 fiance visa, with the processing times on such a visa I can't bare to think about that much time apart. What would be the best approach at trying to stay permanently after this 3 month visitors visa?
For example I have a friend in exactly the same position as me who set up a business and employed 1 american citizen to be able to stay, any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated due to it being difficulty to find such info this specific.

I assume your fiance is US citizen.

Come on K1 (fiance visa), get married within 90 days and file for your green card.

Yes she is. This is what I was planning on doing, but after looking at processing times I was looking at a quicker way, ideally finding a way to stay while applying in the US during my visitor stay in November.
