hello to all,
i am a filipina currently working in saudi arabia. i passed nclex rn exam in state of california last 2009. the board of nursing require social security number for the application of my license which must be done in 3 years after the release of exam result. unfortunately, i wasn't able to come in america during those time. i have some research that board of nursing will reconsider my exam result if i can provide the needed documents and one of this is ssn. presently i am having a vacation here in california holding a tourist visa. am i able to get ssn? please help.
