    Visitor Visa questions

    Hi,

    I am applying visitor visa for my in-laws and i am on H1 right now and i came here on H4 then converted to h1, but after i got my h1 later I did not go to India and my I-94 still showing as H4 entry, can i still sponsor for my in-laws, my wife H1 is under extension.

    appreciate your help.
