Hi,
I am currently in the US on a b2 visa and am looking to stay longer as my fiancé is here on a J1 visa. I really want to stay longer and am thinking of changing status to a e3 or possibly h3. Does any one have any advice on my situation or have experienced something similar that could help me? Just wondering what my chances are of being successful in changing status.
