    Visitor Visa for Parents who's 10yr multiple entry visa got expired recently.

    Hi,

    My parents 10yr multiple entry visa got expired on dec 2014. I want them to visit here again. My dad is 71yrs and mom is 61yr old. Can they apply visa by postal service? or do they have to go in-person to Chenai? Pls let me know.
