Dear Forum- My Fiance is in US on B2 Visa and her I-94 is expiring on Oct 5th. I am in US on L1b Visa-expiring April 2017. I have the below questions.
1. Is there a way that she can legally stay beyond the I-94 date?
2. Is she overstays(no status), can she have trouble while filing change of status-considering we get married in US.
3. Will it be good idea to leave US before I-94 date, get married in India and then file L2 visa from India.
