Visitor Visa extension for Mother, Father and GrandMother in one application or??

Hi All,

My Father, Mother and Grandmother are here in US for visit.

My Aunt (Father's own sister) who resides in US had major health issues and currently undergoing treatment. Doctor's anticipate end of November as date of Surgery. All three of their I-94 expires Nov 4 2015. My Parents and my Grandmother needs to stay and help with recovery after surgery. My Aunt also has two young kids that need their support.

Therefore, I'm planning to apply for extension of Visa. However, I'm not sure if I need to

-Apply for all three ( Father, Mother and Grandmother) in one application
or
-Apply for my Mother and Father in one application and for my Grandmother in other application submitted by my Aunty's husband.Both submitted at different dates

I'm concerned and afraid that USCIS may reject the visa if I use one application for three of them explaining why do I need three people to support.My Grandmother is old and cannot help much with all activities and also cannot travel alone. Any Support is really appreciated.

You need to do one application for father and mother. Grandmother you have to do separate application.
